What are my shipping and delivery options?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
Free shipping
All of our jewellery items are made to order and usually take anywhere from 7 - 10 days to build after an order has been placed. Once your order is ready, next day delivery shipping will be offered on all orders. We will send you an email notifying you of this and will provide you with the product’s tracking number.
We offer free shipping to the UK and worldwide.
Do you deliver internationally?
We offer free international shipping on all our orders.
Are there other shipping restrictions?
Orders can not be shipped to PO boxes or virtual addresses. Not all shipping methods are available for certain items. Orders only ship on business days which are Monday to Friday.
What happens if my order is delayed?
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery. For UK citizens, this does not affect your statutory rights. For more information, please refer to our Terms of Service Policy.
